| Normally you don't even know when Foxtel sends a SOFTWARE UPGRADE to your foxtel box, because it happens in the wee small hours and most of us are sleeping! But last night, when my wife phoned me to question if I WAS DOING SOMETHING TO THE FOXTEL BOX (of course I have the power to do that from 40k's away at work!) i discovered it was doing a SOFTWARE UPDATE. Then at work a few screens went down - aha, we have a problem. A call to Foxtel PR suggests it was a standard upgrade, but really - something stuffed up here. I'm betting someone in their operations center was going to schedule the update, but pressed GO instead of schedule! Just come out and say that Foxtel - plenty of people are annoyed! |
