| While Microsoft grabs the headlines, Mozilla's Firefox browser quietly released an update of its own last night, version 3.05, which includes SEVERAL "Critical" Security Updates. http://www.mozilla.org/security/known-vulnerabilities/firefox30.html#firefox3.0.5 It's the old economies of scale problem. If Microsoft and Firefox have the same issue, one will attract more attention because it is more widely used and more widely known. Just like if Holden report a problem with one of their Car's, likely to receive a lot more publicity than if SsangYong does the same! Safety first, Update ALL your software! |
