No word yet on a release date for Australia - but expect something on that in the next 3 months for sure.

The Tour is the first of a couple of phones due out this year, and it's tantilisingly close to being THE one..

What's it lack - WiFi!

Frankly, that is not a deal breaker for me.  I could care less.  Clearly though, with it, it WOULD be the ultimate device.  Stand by for that one later in the year - known as the Onyx, and looks great.

So, back to the Tour - will it hit Australia - theoretically - yes - not though on Telstra NextG, more likely Voda/Optus.

Should you get it - Yes - its basically a mix between the 8900 Curve and the Bold, in both feature set and size.

Interesting times.. Much much more to come I suspect.
