I've told you before about the ASUS EeePC, which is that tiny little laptop, weighing less than a kilo, and the size of a couple of DVD cases.
Well, the only potential drawback was the Linux operating system (although for what it is and costs, i think its great) so this week ASUS announced the same unit with WINDOWS XP would be available soon for $579.. Check it out when its in stores - a great little unit - but I will wait to see it and use it with Windows to be sure of it's performance.
